British brand Joie is dedicated to "sharing joy with new parents" by creating pushchairs that are "functional, innovative and stylish". The Evalite Duo is their latest twin buggy. It's designed to accommodate two children side-by-side in contrast to the slightly heavier Aire Twin, and has elevated seating that allows both kids can see the world around them.

With a weight of just under 10kg, the Evalite Duo is one of the lightest sibling strollers on the market. It is suitable for use from birth and is compatible with Joie car seats or carrycots. It's easy to drive, ride, lift and fold, and the clever frame expands to fit the second seat.

Out 'n' About say the one-handed fold is the highlight of the Evalite Duo, and they were amazed by how fast and easily it is put together. However, they did note that it's more difficult to navigate bumps and rough terrain than some other models.

They also point out that the front seat can't fully recline, and they needed to make use of their hands to pull it to a comfortable position - something they'd prefer not to be forced to do when traveling with children. The Evalite Duo, however, is a great stroller that could be made even better with a few tweaks. They are awestruck by how compact and small when folded!

It can accommodate two infant car seats with the purchase of car seat adapters and works with nearly all brands, which is a huge plus.

The only downside is the weight. It is hefty at 32.4 pounds and could be difficult to get into and out of the trunk for Grandma. It is also more expensive than other double side-by-side buggies. It is built to last and comes with a variety of advantages for the money. It's a good option for parents in urban areas who don't want to lug around a bulky stroller. Bugaboo Donkey twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a stylish and functional design. It's a quality product, but it's not without flaws.

It offers very few extra conveniences, both for the kids and parents. The only thing that is offered by the small side bin is that it can only be used when one seat in the car is connected. There are no cup holders, parent trays or accessory pockets. This could be a problem on long trips.

The seats don't recline to a flat position and the gap between them is quite wide, so our 5-year-old experienced difficulty lying back comfortably. It's a shame, considering it's a high-end model.

On the positive side, it's a easy to maneuver and the swivel wheel is great in climbing the steps and slopes. It is also narrow enough to fit through most doors and folds up easily for easy storage and transport. It can be switched back to mono mode in just three clicks, if you require more space or want to make a quick getaway. It can even accommodate a third kid with the comfort wheeled boards if you're required to. It is expensive though so if you're on a budget there are other options available there. It's worth it if you're a fan of the brand and have the money to spend.
