The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a great option if you're on a tight budget and do not need a stroller that can be used as car seat carriers. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip flop user-friendly.

It's simple to push, and it feels solid when navigating kerbs and woodland paths. It's also easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a reputation as the most stroller that is light, ideal for urban dwellers as well for jet-setters. This is thanks to its extremely nimble handling and fold-down design that can be incorporated into the overhead luggage of an aeroplane. The most recent version comes with independent suspension on all four wheels constructed of Hytrel elastomer, allowing it to 'perfectly navigate all terrains and types'.

The frame itself weighs just under a kilo and is so light you can easily lift it from the box (and do it with one hand).

It's also easy to add or remove attachments or adaptors - the hood, for example, snaps onto the YOYO2 with reassuring clicks - as well as being machine washable at 30deg to prevent stains from smushed rice cakes and half-dissolved carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram right from birth with the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted into stroller at 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a fantastic choice for parents who are looking for a versatile stroller wagon. The Evenflo Pivot Xplore can be transformed from a stroller into an actual wagon by flipping the handle. Parents can then choose the best mode for their needs. The wagon can accommodate one or two children from 6 months to 5 years old. It has a huge storage basket that will hold everything you need on the go.

The Xplore also comes with two canopies that rotate from front to back, providing ample sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This may not be ideal for long drives or napping.

The frame of the Xplore feels sturdy and solid however it doesn't have as much flex as some of the other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and it isn't able to lock securely when folded. It is easy to move, however, and it can fit through doors with a width of 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great option for parents who are seeking a second stroller that's affordable. It earned an eye-catching score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and folded size that means it's light, compact when folded and easy to put into a car trunk or closet. It also comes with an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and a cup holder for the parent. Other features worth mentioning include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock.

In our test of push and turn, it did better than the majority of other strollers that we tested, but it's still not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. Its sunshades are among the ones we tested the smallest, providing only direct overhead coverage and no peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 has a more extensive canopy.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to put together using an average manual, and none of the components required tools. It is missing certain features we believe are essential in double strollers. These include an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and leg rests that can be adjusted.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The Zelia is the most recent model in Maxi-Cosi's range of pushchairs and is advertised as an urban travel system. It is designed to accommodate babies from birth to around 3.5 years old, and can be converted into a seat and carrycot in just only a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi Cosi capsule car seats. It comes with a light Mico 30 infant seat, a car-base that stays in the car and a reversible car seat.

The seat can be reclined using one hand, and the big shopping basket makes it simple for parents to get their child in and out. Despite being narrow, the pushchair handled the everyday bumps with ease and slid through doors without any fuss.

The front wheels can be locked in a forward position or allow them to rotate which helps when covering rough terrain. When we walked on the stony path, we allowed them to swivel and it did this quite well, although it seemed slightly bumpier than other models on test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,

Baby Jogger is most famous for its 3-wheeled, all-terrain, strollers for single jogging stroller. However, they also make a broad variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is simple to fold and fits easily in the trunk of a car even with a carrycot attached.

It's heavier than other strollers that we test, but since it has composite wheels made of rubber it feels solid and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver on different terrains, and even with two kids as well as a shopping bag and other items.

Both the seat and the carrycot come with hoods that can be removed to reveal UV50and sun canopy extension. They are showerproof and sturdy unlike other prams' hoods which get whipped back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does have a big basket that's large enough to fit a changing bag as well as plenty of groceries. You can also use it with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). If you need a stroller that can be used on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of many parents when it first debuted. It's a stroller made of aluminum that will be with you throughout your baby's first years and beyond. It has a number of notable features, including the possibility of flipping the seat from parent to world-facing, a huge UPF 50+ canopy that has an eye shade that flips out as well as a large basket and adjustable handlebar.

The chassis is equipped with a built-in suspension system that reduces the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are made of tough foam, which reduces punctures. It was easy to push, and our tester was able manoeuvre the vehicle through tight streets.

It folds automatically and locks in just four steps. It can also be rolled and raised for easier transport down the stairs or in the boot of the car. The travel system is offered with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot by using the adaptors included. The brakes are simple to use, using a single stroller for sale colored and flip-flop compatible.

7. Babyzen Duet

This budget pushchair is easy to use and has an excellent dual suspension. It can be folded by one hand and comes with a handy carrying strap. It's also extremely light and durable. The seat can be reclined in several positions. It comes with a built-in double breathable mattress that is suitable from birth.

The canopy/seat comes with two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't the best since it's not as silent as Velcro and could wake up napping babies.

The Duet is a stroller with an angled design that can be used for twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It can be used with two infant car seat and some carrycots. In twin mode, the seats can face each other or be turned around to face their parents, potentially decreasing sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a large bottle holder, gear tray snack tray, and an adjustable mat. It also has an automated frame lock and a superior compact fold.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.

The Thule Urban glide 2 is the ideal jogger for parents who love to be active. It's one of the lightest running strollers that you can buy for your child and offers excellent safety features such as a 5-point harness as well as a safety wrist strap. It also comes with an innovative twist hand brake that's different than the lever type that is found on other models.

The seat is well padded and offers a large area to sit. However, the seat depth is smaller than that of other runners (it's just 10 inches deep") The storage bin is encased with a zipper that keeps things safe. It can hold up to 10 pounds, which is enough for most diaper bags.

The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters to fit most bassinets and infant car seats however, you can use them from the first day with adapters that fit brands like BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds compactly and takes 5-10 minutes to assemble without tools. The instruction manual is simple to understand and includes multiple languages.
