Ease of Use

The Shark IQ robot is more expensive than Xiaomi Mi, but it is superior in its maneuverability, navigation and cleaning performance for both floors with no carpet and low pile carpet. It also has a larger dustbin, can last longer on a single charge, and comes with physical boundary strips that can be used to keep it out of certain areas.

Powerful Suction

This robot can clean your floors in one sweep. It's great at removing pet hairs as well as other debris but not so great on carpets that are thick. It also does a fantastic job of defining its areas of coverage and avoiding low obstacles. It's a little more raucous than other robot vacuums, but it's normal for this powerful machine.

It is a great battery life and can be controlled using the SharkClean app, or by voice commands if you have an intelligent speaker such as Alexa or Google Assistant. The app lets you see the robot's battery life remaining, choose different cleaning modes, and schedule an appointment for your home to be cleaned. You can also create virtual boundaries to keep it from entering rooms in which it could get stuck or knock over a fragile item.

The Shark AI Robot is a well-built, solidly constructed robot mop and vacuum that's simple to put together right out of the box. Its body is a mixture of hard plastics with an elegant and glossy finish, and wheels and rubber bumpers at the front. Its shape is oblong, which allows it to accommodate the tank for water and the tall LIDAR map sensor. It does not require a lot of assembly, aside from snapping the side brushes into place. Smart Navigation

The Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 offers an array of automated features. While the robot is very intelligent and does an excellent job of mapping its surroundings, it could occasionally get stuck on obstacles like furniture or electrical cords. It is important to clear the floor of any large debris and clutter prior to turning on the mop or vacuum.

The Roomba from iRobot Roomba is a great choice for those looking to add a mop or vacuum feature to a robotic vacuum cleaner that already has an external dust bin (9/10, WIRED recommends). The iRobot is more expensive than the Shark however it is better built and is able to maneuver around obstacles better and delivers greater performance on carpets that are low and bare, and has physical boundaries that you can place on the outside of areas you don't want to let it enter.

Long Battery Life

Its battery life is good, extending to about 90 minutes in our tests. You can use the app to schedule it to clean by room or at the time of your choice, which is helpful in the event that you have to leave your home for long periods of time.
