How to Repair Bifold Door Top Roller Guide

If your bifold doors have become stuck, they probably need a little maintenance. You may need to clean, lubricate or adjust them. The problem could be caused by an unfastened bolt at the top pivot or by the top guide roller.

Remove the Door

The removal of the pivot adjustment screw on the bottom and loosening the top track's mounting screws and moving the anchor pin typically enough to eliminate this issue.

A set top roller with new guides could be a low-cost solution to the problem of your bifold doors becoming difficult to operate.
